Dr. Levine was an editor of the textbook, along with associates Dr. Baskin and Dr. Duick. Dr. Levine wrote four of the fourteen chapters with other chapters contributed by leading experts from the United States, Italy and France. It can be ordered on Amazon.com |  | The detection and management of thyroid cancer are among Dr. Levine's main clinical interests. Dr. Levine is one of three instructors for the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists for thyroid ultrasound and fine needle aspiration biopsy of the thyroid. He teaches courses in thyroid ultrasound and thyroid cancer throughout the country. The office is equipped with a state of the art Technos ultrasound machine. |  | Dr. Levine is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Dartmouth Medical College, in Hanover, New Hampshire. |  | Nancy Lake, ARNP, a nurse practitioner has joined the practice of Dr. Robert Levine. Nancy previously was at Harvard Vangaurd for over 12 years, and was involved in the establishment of their chronic disease management program for diabetes. Prior to that she worked at the Massachusetts General Hospital as an instructor and nurse in the post anesthesia care unit. She will be working closely with Dr. Levine in the management of patients with diabetes, hypothyroidism, osteoporosis, and the metabolic syndrome. |  | Dr. Margaret Flynn, Board Certified in Endocrinology and Metabolism has rejoined Dr. Levine, practicing general Endocrinology. Dr. Flynn graduated from Dartmouth Medical School, and completed an Endocrine Fellowship at New England Deaconess Hospital. |
